Basic Infomation on Returns and Queries:

 

Returns must reach us no later than 14 working days from the date you receive the item Returns are not not acceptable after this time has passed.

Please make sure that you mark down and highlight on return of the item(s) for an exchange or a refund by filling the Reason of return and filling it with the appropriate number or numbers if more than one applies. For an incorrect item(s) please note on your return of item, items, if you still require original item(s). Always make sure to include the invoice with the parcel you are sending back to us. Returns must be in a satisfactory return manner upon our discretion. Returns can take up to 14 days to be delivered back to us and for your refund to appear in your bank account. Exchange is only available for the same item in a different size or colour. Items on sale may not be refunded - we can only accept exchanges. Please note that all underwear, Lingerie, shapewear, bodysuits and bikinis cannot be refunded or exchanged due to hygiene reasons.

Return the package by using the Post Office counters and obtain proof of postage from the Post Office, or the courier service that you may use. Please do not post the package through the post box without obtaining a certificate of posting. As any missing parcel is buyers, sender, your responsibility. Please note that all goods returned back must have original tags on and not soiled in any way and is in saleable condition. 

 

 

Q: WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Our Return Policy is stated as follows: Make sure that you highlight the item(s) for an exchange or a refund by making a note and filling the Reason Code on the return slip column and filling it with the appropriate number or numbers if more than one applies. For an incorrect item(s) please tick the exchange column if you still require original item(s) and let us know which size you’d like for the item(s) to be exchanged to. If you have your invoice, make sure to include this within the parcel you are sending back to us. Returns must be in a satisfactory return manner upon our discretion. Please note that all shapewear, bodysuits and bikinis cannot be refunded or exchanged due to hygiene reasons.

 

Q: HOW CAN I RETURN AN ITEM?

This is not a problem at all, please post Return item(s) by following the simple instructions We advise that you to use a recorded or tracked service to return item(s) in order to avoid items going missing in the post. We cannot be held responsible for any item(s) that go missing in the post. You are responsible for the return until it arrives with us. All Returns are the responsibility of the sender.

 

Q: HAVE YOU RECEIVED MY RETURNED ITEM?

As soon as we receive the item(s) and they have been checked by our Returns Team. We will email you with the returns details. Unfortunately we are unable to send out emails as soon as things arrive back into the Warehouse. In the rare occasion you have not received an email back within 10 days of return, please email our Customer Care Team.

 

Q: WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

Your refund will be issued as soon as we receive your returns back with us we’ll drop you an email to let you know, from this date any refund or exchange can take up to 14 days. Once the refund or exchange has been sorted we will send you another email so you’re updated each step of the way.

Just to let you know that any refunds for a return will not include the cost paid for delivery when your order was placed.

 

Q: CAN I RETURN MORE THEN ONE ITEM IN THE SAME PARCEL?

Yes of course but please ensure all the correct information for all the returned items are enclosed within the parcel as mensioned in Q: How can i return an item. If you are returning a faulty item with a non-faulty item, we will only be able to partially refund your postage costs.

 

Q: WHAT DO I DO IF AN ITEM IS MISSING FROM MY ORDER?

This does not often happen and on the rare occasion if there is an item missing from your order, please check to see if any item(s) are listed as being sent separately in the post. If an item listed on the delivery note is missing please go to our Contact Us page. Simply email with the Enquiry and provide your order number and state which item(s) you have not received based on your invoice.

In the instance the missing item cannot be sent to you we will issue you with a refund.

 

Q: CAN I RETURN A FAULTY ITEM I RECEIVED?

We take every effort to make sure that the dispatch team checks all items dispatched and if this does ever occure please follow our returns procedure outlined and have this sent back to us. We can investigate the matter and process any necessary exchanges or refunds.

Please note although we try to make it as efficient as possible exchanges and refunds can take up to 14 working days.

 

Q: WHAT DO I DO IF I HAVE RECEIVED AN INCORRECT ITEM?

If you have received an incorrect item please go to our Contact Us page add your order number within your message and one of the team members will contact you to have this resolved. Please also state which item you have not received within your message and our Customer Care Team will get back to you as soon as possible. In the instance the correct item cannot be sent we will issue you with a rufund.
